This project seeks to propose an alternative to the prevailing administrative typology in the city
a typology in which architecture is reduced to right angles and sealed glass boxes that claim transparency while remaining detached from their surroundings.
Here, the building is not conceived as a solid mass, but as a dialogue between two opposing conditions:
the introverted space and the extroverted space.
The administrative cube is carved not as a formal gesture, but as a deliberate architectural act. Incisions cut through the mass to create carefully calibrated moments of openness, allowing interior spaces to breathe outward and reinforcing the building’s integration with its urban context. In contrast, the solid white volumes emerge as spaces that appear outwardly open, yet remain inwardly focused embracing the privacy of their occupants and offering a quiet retreat within the city’s intensity.
With the absence of daylight, the composition transforms into another scene.
The cuts and openings begin to glow from within, and the building becomes, at night, a lantern in the city asserting its presence not through mass, but through a quiet radiance that reveals the life within.
These are not mere projections, but a lived spatial system fragmented in appearance yet unified by an underlying order that balances openness and containment, transparency and solidity, urban presence and inner calm.
It is a project in search of a more humane environment,
and of an architecture that is not only seen, but lived.
